Saturday, August 29, 2026-building healthy living habits can start from simple steps. This spirit is presented through healthy walking activities organized by Kitong Bisa Learning Center (KBLC) as a space for children to move actively, maintain health, as well as strengthen togetherness.
Through this activity, children are invited to enjoy physical activities outside the study. Not only being an opportunity to exercise, healthy walking also brings positive experiences for children to interact, encourage each other, and build active habits in everyday life.
This activity is a form of learning outside the classroom that reminds that education is not only related to the development of academic ability, but also includes the formation of character and awareness of the importance of maintaining personal health.
For KBLC, building a healthy and empowered generation starts from good habits that are applied consistently. Through simple activities such as healthy walking, children are expected to increasingly understand the importance of maintaining a healthy body, have the spirit to keep moving, and appreciate the togetherness with the surrounding environment.
Kitong Bisa Foundation (KBF) through KBLC continues to strive to bring fun and meaningful learning experiences to children. Positive change doesn’t always have to start with something big. Sometimes, change actually grows out of small steps taken together and becomes a good habit every day.
Because a strong generation is not only built through knowledge, but also through healthy living habits and positive character traits early on.
